Where we are  and  directions to get here.

We are situated in the triangle of Devon countryside between Newton Abbot,Totnes and Ashburton.
This area is a maze of tiny Devon lanes with high hedges and  most people need directions , so we have a few maps on our maps page to try and guide you.
Please feel free to phone  for directions , a brief description of your surroundings is usually enough to locate and redirect you.

Directions ;
From the  A38 driving southbound  just  before  reaching Ashburton  you need to take the turning on the left hand side  signposted 'Woodland' and 'Denbury'. 
The first crossroads you come to is called 'Meads cross', go straight  across, the next junction is a  't' junction on the right hand side called  'Combe cross', go straight on .
the next junction is on the left hand side and called 'crosspark cross',go straight on . after this there is a junction on the right hand side called 'Wickeridge cross',
go straight on  and you will pass the 'Rising Sun Inn'.
The next crossroads is called 'Venn cross' it has a large black barn on the corner , turn left here.
Follow this road to a staggered junction , bear left then right through a farm yard  and a quarter of a mile further on , turn right at 'Wotton cross',towards Denbury . Follow this road for about a mile and you will come to 'Shires Rest' on the  lefthand side .
